Hand delivery by Despatch

- Hand to Hand (Us -> Despatch -> You)

Charges as follows:-
*Klang Valley city center area only*

- Kuala Lumpur - RM12 per delivery

- Klang, Selangor - RM12 per delivery

- Petaling Jaya, Selangor - RM9 per delivery

- Puchong, Selangor - RM9 per delivery

- Subang Jaya, Selangor - RM7 per delivery

- Shah Alam, Selangor - RM7 per delivery

- Others destination from above, please do enquire

Please note that:-

- our despatch will try the best to be on the same day but same day delivery is not guarantee, will have to depends on the delivery work load on that day, weather, despatch on leave, etc...

- Please ensure that you/someone is available at the delivery address to accept the parcel

- Resending it will be charged accordingly

- Not for too too bulky or large item, as our despatch is just riding a motorcycle only

- The despatch is not an employee of Our Beauty Place

Each photo & detail of the clothing is provided by Supplier. We do not bear any responsiblity for the pre-order clothes problem: eg. quality and color variation problem.

Clothing can be returned to us if customer received different model or different color of cloth that is not in your order list.

All items sold is NOT REFUNDABLE & NOT EXCHANGABLE

We will not be responsible or hold liable for any damages, injury or loss arising from the use of the items purchased.

We will not be responsible or hold liable for any lost or damaged packages that may incurred during the delivery or postage of the item

Payment is not refundable within the stock pending period, but if order is out of stock, 100% payment will be refunded.

Pre-Order clothes would take time from the closing date [refer to album], those who is not able to wait, please do not make your order to avoid any conflict/arguement.
